Preferred payment is Bacs payment. These details can be found on sales orders and invoices. We also accept various card payments where we can provide a payment link if required. Credits Cards may include an additional surcharge. We prefer not to accept cheques as payment unless by prior arrangement.

Yes. Minimum order cost per product for signs and graphics is £40+vat. Minimum order cost on stationery is £20+vat. These prices exclude artwork, installation and delivery. We will endeavour to optimise your quantity to meet the minimum order charge where possible. This could be using a range of designs for the same product.

We offer a 1-year guarantee on workmanship. Reputation is very important to us, so we always strive to give the best value for money.

We work B2B as well as B2C. Our team has worked on large and small business signs and has completed signage for Retail, NHS and the Education sector. We have also carried out small jobs for individuals.

Yes. For each enquiry, please inform us if you require installation and delivery. Provide your full address so that we can quote accordingly.

Yes. We have a team of design experts who can help re-brand or come up with a brand-new logo for your Signs and Graphics. The benefit to this is that we will have your logos on file when the time comes to build your signs. The copyright of the logos belongs to you, the Customer.

Yes, you can supply your own Artwork, however if you do not have any or would like amendments made, our design team can help. If you do choose to provide your own, we prefer that you adhere to our Artwork Guidance before sending your artwork to us. Any artwork amendments carried out by our team will incur a charge.

We will remove your old signage for a £30 charge to cover costs of disposal at a landfill site. Old signage will be removed and left on site unless agreed with customer for disposal.

Our reputation is important to us, and your signage is a reflection of us and our ethos. We strive to offer the best value signs for your money. We aim to design to any budget; however, signage costs will vary, based on size, style and materials. Extra costs may be included if you require artwork, delivery and installation.

We will work with you every step of the way until you are completely happy with the artwork and design provided. We will provide as many proofs as necessary for approval, if required. Once the final proof is approved and payment terms have been agreed, we can move forward with production.

We can connect to a fuse spur or attach a plug to a cable. Anything hard-wired will require a qualified electrician for safety and insurance purposes. We can install your sign before or after your chosen electrician has completed your power connection requirements.

There are many factors that may affect the life of your vehicle graphics. For example, weather conditions, jet washing, detergents, paint conditions, etc. We would suggest they will last 3 to 4 years hassle-free but could last approximately 7 or 8 years. These are NOT guarantees. There is a 1-year guarantee on workmanship.

If you are looking to have your vehicle graphics applied at our premises, it will need to fit in our bay. The maximum height of your vehicle for safe access is 2.7-metres. The maximum width is 2.3-metres and the length to keep the vehicle inside should be no more than 7-metres.

We have worked on all size vehicles from mopeds to double decker buses. There is no vehicle too large for us. We can apply graphics at your premises or at ours in our vehicle bay. If you would like to bring your vehicle to us, it will need to fit inside our vehicle bay. We can apply the graphics outside the bay, only if the weather allows us to.

Some vehicles such as emergency and highway response require reflective vinyl such as chevron kits. We offer and can apply all grades of reflective vehicle graphics.

We offer all kinds of graphics for vehicle personalisation and branding. These include vehicle livery, wraps, tints, and vinyl detailing. We even apply specialist vehicle graphics such as reflective vinyl.
