11 floors of luxury
The Neighbourhood is a building that provides luxury student accommodation. They opened the accommodation in Cardiff, in September 2016. The flats comprise of 11 levels, all requiring a range of our services.
They have since obtained a new building in Exeter in which we installed more signs and graphics.
We were required to provide high-quality signage to meet the specifications of the luxury accommodations. Work included wall graphics, interior and exterior signage, door signs, artwork, window graphics and more.
We produced and installed illuminated logo signs as well as large halo-lit 3D lettering for the building front. The wall graphics we produced included large, vinyl-cut numbers for each level for identification purposes. On every floor, we also made direct printed wooden panels for the door room numbers and wayfinding signs. Another exterior sign we made was a bespoke A-board. This included their branding and an email address for enquires about the accommodation.
The Neighbourhood also utilised our vehicle graphics service. We applied vinyl branding to a Volkswagen Campervan for additional advertising of the accommodation.
The building includes various activity rooms such as a study room, movie room and gym. In some of these rooms we installed etch frosting or a colour tint to windows. The rooms have door names made from acrylic fret cut lettering. In the movie room, we installed a light box sign on the wall with bespoke palm wallpaper.
