For the sports fans
Located in Bar End, the University of Winchester Sports Stadium is made up of a range of premium sporting facilities. This includes an athletics field with track, all-weather sports pitch, health suite and sports complex.
The University of Winchester is a community of excellence for education and the sports facilities are no different. They have a large campus with buildings located on grounds throughout the city of Winchester. We have provided signs and graphics throughout the grounds with a large array of work carried out on the Sports Stadium.
A premium sports complex that required premium signage.
Working with the design team at the Uni of Winchester, we were tasked with the manufacture of a range of signs to fit the desired locations. These signs were to be installed inside and outside of the complex at height and lower levels. This project was first carried out in 2018 and saw us return in early 2022. This was to provide them with new, refreshed signage, designed to match the latest branding of the University.
The majority of the 2018 branding saw the classic purple colouring used throughout. They also used the slogan “Go where you feel most alive” at this point.
Outside, works included panel & post signs, notice boards, sign trays and banners. This was all located around the Sports centre and the reception building exterior. Inside the reception building we installed door signs for changing rooms, staff rooms and health suite as well as more notices and branding.
The 2022 designs were very similar, again using the same purple of the university. In addition to this, they brought in a grey and maroon to the colour pallet. They also changed their slogan to “The place to be the difference”. We also worked on the new health suite in 2021 with applications including wallpaper drops and vinyl graphics.
